Provide policy advice and monitor policies, legislation, programs and practices which impact on women and children experiencing gender-based violence by:

  • Listening to women’s issues brought up by services/individuals/networks

  • Voicing stories, campaigning behind them, and sharing results

  • Supporting our members to promote and prioritise equity of access to services for all women

  • Establishing relationships with relevant networks and government

  • Working together with Government toward a paradigm shift from service supports to greater investment in true early intervention and prevention strategies
